Come to the Amazing the Second Life 7th Birthday Party scheduled to start today at 10:00 a.m, June 21, 2010 and runs through Sunday, June 27 2010!
The Second Life 7th Birthday Party celebration is a Linden Labs sponsored event (the creators and owners of Second Life). This year’s theme is
“Unexpected Collaborations” which I think is very fitting and a great idea. Some of my greatest moments in Second life have been in those unexpected encounters with someone who lead me to a new idea, thought, and appreciation of how one needs to be “open” to be truly creative.
One of the many festivals (ZEXPO), Stage One presented several Tributes to the visiting audiences, the staff and Lias Leandros suggested us to contact Doctor Gascoigne, one of this year’s entertainment coordinators. We were received very graciously and filled in the SL7B Entertainers application. Truly an amazing sort of various community of Second Life® including builders, scripters, artist, live musicians, bloggers, DJ, designers, etc. There are so many talent and interesting people in Second Life® who help to make this unique virtual world truly an imaginable achievement that is always a “work in progress”.
This year we will be part of this
“Unexpected Collaborations” with Stage One Production,
BEE GEE'S TRIBUTE, THE SPIRIT TOUR @ their
Main Stage, Thursday, 10am – 12pm SLT. There will a large variety of their smash hits the last decades with a dynamic correlation of performers, including resemblances of the Gibb brothers and their band members. Come relive the Odyssey of the Bee Gee's in tribute "The Spirit Tour", an adventure of music and tranquility.
